Over the decades, he collaborated closely with leading professionals, gaining an intimate understanding of the physical demands of the trade. He witnessed firsthand the cumulative impact of long hours, repetitive motions, and inadequately engineered tools on the bodies of talented artists.
Repeatedly, he saw gifted stylists forced to step away from their craft due to chronic pain and injury.

The Ergo-Nami Technique is a game changer in the Barber industry. When I was first introduced to Ergo-Nami from Ron, I didn’t think it would benefit a Barber. Ron told me I have to just attend a class to see what it’s about. This class is MIND BLOWING! Not only does it help with posture and shear techniques, it influences you to “The Act of Ergonomic Cutting”. I can honestly say haircutting is more of an art than just a job.

This is the FIRST class I have taken for ME!
