Workshop 1: Reverse Osmosis – Grip Technique is the first core workshop in the Ergo-Nami® system and the most essential technique for improving longevity and cutting efficiency behind the chair. Reverse Osmosis flips the traditional understanding of how energy flows through the shear. Instead of forcing your body to adapt to inefficient angles, this technique teaches stylists how to let the shear move with them—minimizing strain while maximizing control. AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY This Agreement and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in consideration of being permitted to participate in the training course provided by Mr. Ronald D. Wada and his representatives, including all instructors associated with Ergo-Nami, LLC (“Instructor”). 1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in this training course is entirely voluntary and that the training involves learning and performing new cutting techniques and body postures that may be unfamiliar. Participant assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or other harm. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Mr. Ronald D. Wada, Ergo-Nami, LLC, and all representative instructors from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, damage, or loss that may occur before, during, or after participation in the training, whether caused by Participant or others. This release applies to any claims of negligence, whether presently known or arising in the future. 3. COMMUNICATION CONSENT Participant grants permission for Mr. Ronald D. Wada and his representatives to contact them via email, text message, or social media platforms for purposes related to the training and any future communications regarding Ergo-Nami, LLC. 4. USE OF MEDIA AND TESTIMONIALS Participant grants Ergo-Nami, LLC the irrevocable right to use any videos, photographs, written or oral testimonials in which Participant is included for marketing, promotional, or goodwill purposes. This permission is granted without expectation of compensation. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE RESTRICTIONS Participant acknowledges that Ergo-Nami is the exclusive Intellectual Property of Mr. Ronald D. Wada and Ergo-Nami, LLC. This includes all related terminologies, techniques, philosophies, and training materials. Participant agrees to use the knowledge and techniques solely for their personal hair-cutting business and expressly agrees not to: a) Provide formal or informal training to any individual or group using Ergo-Nami techniques without prior written authorization from Mr. Ronald D. Wada. b) Share, reproduce, or disclose any Intellectual Property related to Ergo-Nami without express written permission. 6. NON-DISCLOSURE AND L
